Hello Gamers and Game Developers. I am Duck Bear and I am showing off Lifespan's newest update, Major Update 4.

There is almost to much to talk about with version 0.8 but man have we come a far way from the Jam version to right here. If you are curious about the changes implemented in this update I'd highly suggest looking at the in-game change log, as there is literally too much to write here, which is why I am calling this update, the Balance Update.

Update TL; DR

• improved story
  • story telling elements are planned to be improved in a future update
• updated main menu
• multiple player, enemy, and upgrade balances
• multiple bug fixes
• multiple visual improvements
• multiple player interactable objects added

As always, I had a great time updating a game and I only hope to improve in my game development career.
